1 (12oz) pork tenderloin (sliced ¾ thick)
1 Tbs butter
1 Tbs Balsamic vinegar
½ C half-&-half
1 Tbs Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten pork slices between wax paper until they are ½ “ thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook pork with butter in a skillet. Remove pork. In the skillet add the half-&-half and vinegar. Cook while constantly stirring until the amount becomes slightly reduced. Mix in mustard and pork. Heat thoroughly and serve warm.
