1 lb Oreo cookies, crunched up
3/4 c butter, melted
Vanilla ice cream
2 c powdered sugar
2/3 c chocolate chips
1 1/2 c evaporated milk
1/2 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and put 3/4 of it in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Place a layer of vanilla ice cream on top. Boil the sugar, chips, milk and butter for 8 minutes. Stirring Constantly. After it's boiled for 8 minutes, add the vanilla and set aside to cool. Place salted peanuts on ice cream layer and put cooled chocolate on top. Top with last of the crumb mixture and freeze.
