3 eggs
4 T half and half
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 T flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 T lemon
2 cups rhubarb, cut into pieces

Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and cream, add the rest of the ingredients but stir in the rhubarb last.Pour into a pie dish. Topping: Cut sugar and flour into butter and spread on pie. Bake 375 for 50-60 minutes.
