Ingredients:
Bulk boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Jars
Lids
Rings
salt (optional)

Directions:
Prepare jars. Note: pint jars hold quite a bit of cooked chicken. Trim chicken and cut into desired sizes that fit into jar well. Tight pack the chicken RAW leaving 1/2 inch head space. Damper with a knife to release air bubbles. If you want you can ad 1/2tsp salt for pints and 1tsp for quarts. I don't ever add because I have seasonings in my recipes. Clean rims and tighten lids. Process with pressure canner only. Pints for 75min or quarts at 90mins with 15lb pressure depending on altitude.
This stuff is amazing for quick and easy meals.
