DOUGH:

2 C flour
1/2 C water
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 C heavy cream

FILLING:

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 tsp salt
1 C water
Finely diced onion to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dough ingredients until smooth dough is formed. Set aside. Mix all filling ingredients together in a separate bowl. Roll out small pieces of dough into a circle and place a layer of meat mixture over 1/2 of the circle. Fold over and seal. Deep fry until golden brown and meat is done. 4 servings.

You may want to fry them in a frying pan with 1 inch of shortening. The heavy cream and water mixture makes a very rich dough.
