2 lbs hamburger
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
2 cans Enchilada sauce
1 medium onion (minced)
2-4 cloves garlic (minced)
Hot pepper or Pampered Chef Southwestern spice (optional)
1 pkg flour tortillas
Several slices cheese (2 C)
1 can Milk (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown burger and drain fat. Add onions and garlic to burger. Mix soups together with the cans of sauce. If sauces are thick add in milk – up to one can full. Add sauce mixture to burger meat and if desired add in hot spice to taste. Put a coat of sauce on the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer with tortillas, making sure to over lap them and cover the bottom and sides of the dish. Mix half the sauce with the burger mixture. Place a layer of new burger mixture on top of tortillas. Add another layer of shells followed by the remaining burger mixture. Top with a final layer of shells. Add sauce and slices of cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling.
