1½ lb meat
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 med onion (chopped)
2 Tbs oil
2 can tomatoes
1 Tbs salt
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp paprika
¼ tsp pepper
1/8 tsp chili powder
2 med cans red kidney beans (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté pepper and onion in oil in a large pot. Add meat and brown. Drain and return to pan to simmer for 20 minutes, making sure to stir often. Add tomatoes and beans and seasonings and simmer for about 2 hours.
