1 lb. Spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
8 oz. Fresh bean sprouts
5 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)

Wash and pat dry spinach. Break into bite sized pieces. Combine spinach, bean sprouts, and water chestnuts. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over spinach. Cover and refrigerate.

Combine:
2/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 t. Worcestershire
salt and pepper

Shake dressing, chill, and pour over salad just before serving.
