3 hard boiled eggs
2 stalks of celery
1 small onion (finely chopped)
6 medium potatoes

Dressing:
1 C miracle whip
6 tsp sugar
6 tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and cook the eggs. In a large bowl, add diced celery, onion, and eggs. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes, placing these pieces into the large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and after itís mixed well pour over potato mixture. Stir gently until well blended. Chill for several hours prior to serving.
