Macaroni & Shrimp Salad Recipe

2 C raw macaroni
1/3 C chopped onion
2 tsp dried parsley
1 C cooked or 2 cans shrimp
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 stalk celery (optional)

C mayonnaise
2 Tbs oil
1 Tbs vinegar
1 Tbs Horseradish

Cook macaroni according to directions. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to cooled pasta. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours prior to serving.
