Ingredients:  
Add 2 salt to 2 c. boiling water.
Stir in 1 T. margarine and 1 c. oats.
Let cool to lukewarm.

Put 1 package or cake yeast in large mixing bowl.
Add 1 T. sugar and ¼ c. warm water. Let stand about 1 hour, then add1/2 c. brown sugar dissolved in ½ c. warm water.

Stir about 2 c. sifted flour into yeast mixture, beat until smooth. Add cooled oats mixture and about 3 c. more sifted flour.

Knead lightly until smooth. Place in greased bowl.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Punch down and shape into 2 loaves.
Place in greased pans.
Let rise until doubled again.

Bake at 375 degrees about 40-45 minutes.
