1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 t. cinnamon
8oz sour cream

Mix eggs, oil, vanilla and zucchini then all otherl ingredients together, pour into 2 loaf pans (greased/floured) and bake 50-60 minutes @ 350º
