4 c. cooked chicken breast
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. poppy seed (use less if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine. Add cracker crumbs and set aside. Mix soup and sour cream together. Place 1/2 of cup of chicken in bottom of baking dish (9x13). Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over chicken. Pour 1/2 crumbs over soup mixture. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of poppy seeds over layer of chicken soup. Add crumbs and all of the cheese. Repeat layers of chicken, soup, poppy seeds, and crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.

I often split into 2 dishes and bake one and freeze one for another day!
