1 c. Hazelnuts, chopped
3-½ oz. Bittersweet Chocolate
3-½ oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate
½ c. Heavy Cream
1-½ T. Hazelnut Liqueur (Frangelico)
1 T. prepared Coffee
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.

2. Chop hazelnuts and place on cookie sheet. Roast for 10 minutes.

3. Chop chocolate and place in double boiler. Heat chocolate until melted, stirring constantly.

4. Add cream and whisk together.

5. Whisk liqueur, coffee, and vanilla in chocolate and cream.

6. Cover and chill 1 hour or until pliable and firm.

7. With two teaspoons, make dollops of the chocolate on a lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

8. Roll into balls. Roll into chopped hazelnuts and chill overnight.
