2-3 chicken breasts
salt
pepper
8 c. chicken stock
1/2 t. white pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 c. monterey jack and cheddar cheese mix or taco cheese mix
1 pint half and half
1 (10oz) can of mexican hotel tomatoes
1/2 lime
3-4 T Taco Bell Fajita seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. in water with salt/pepper. When cool tear apart to shred. Set aside.

Boil chicken stock with white pepper.

over low heat melt 1/2 c. butter in a sauce pan and slowly stir in 1 c. flour to make roux. Stir this roux into the chicken stock. Add cheese till melted then all all the rest of the ingredients to heat throughly then serve with some strips of deep friend or baked flour tortilla pieces.

Garnish with avocado and mixed cheese.
