6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread
1 t. salt
1 lb. mild sausage
1 T. dry mustard
1 c. grated american cheese (or velveeta)
1 c. sautéed mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs and mild, add salt & mustard. Add cubed bread and stir. Add cheese, sausage and mushrooms.

Pour into greased baking dish (9x12). refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes @350º

let stand before cutting
