2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup melted butter (Auntie Delores uses margerine)



Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, spices, milk and butter.
Add flour, baking soda and baking powder.

Grease and flour an angel-cake pan generously.
Pour batter into pan.

Bake 45 minutes in 350º oven.

Let cake cool before removing from pan.
