Ingredients:  
1 lb. stew veal (cut up small cubes)
2 cubes beef bouillon with about 2c. water
1 small onion, if desired, chopped
caraway seeds
bacon grease (optional)- bad but.....
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown veal in oil/butter (add onions)
cover with beef broth and simmer for one hour.
Can add flour water mix to make thicker gravy
serve over spatzle noodles
