Sea Salt Black pepper (fresh ground is best)
Cayenne pepper
Cumin
Paprika
Garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar (we use the Splenda Brown Sugar Blend)

Directions:
Mix spices well, then blend in brown sugar. Liberally coat both sides of the meat at least 30 minutes prior to grilling, if the meat has bone in it I would recommend at least an hour. Our family likes HEAT so we add probably 2-3 tsp. of Cayenne, the point is the recipe is adjustable to your family's tastes!!!!
