Spatzle Noodles Recipe

2 3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. water (or Milk)
1 T. Oil
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to form semi smooth dough (not too stiff), more of less water to desired consistency. Set aside.

Heat large pot of water to boiling. Fill spatzle "grater/maker" with spoonfuls of the dough. Add oil to the water and grate the noodles into the water. boil 2- 3minutes. drain.
