Dressing:
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
3 t. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
one finely chopped onion

Salad:
fresh spinach
cooked bacon crumbs
boiled eggs
1 bag of pepperidge farms dressing (stuffing), blue bag
cut mushrooms
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dressing ingredients together. shake well and refrigerate.

Prepare all salad ingredients in a bowl layering eggs, bacon, mushrooms and dressing.

Serve/toss with dressing prior to serving
