1 pound ground turkey
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
4 hamburger buns
1 medium red onion sliced, if desired
Lettuce
Sliced Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Mix turkey, mayonnaise and blue cheese. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about inch thick.
Cover and grill patties 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until turkey is no longer pink in center. Serve burgers on buns with onion slices, lettuce and tomatoes!!
