Dumplings:
5 potatoes (grated)
1 c. flour
1 tsp salt
pinch baking powder
grate small onion
garlic salt

1 bag. sauerkraut, rinsed


salt
sugar
pepper
caraway seeds

Pork chops/roast/ tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for dumplings. Roll into balls with floured hands. adding flour to form balls. Drop balls into boiling water for 15 minutes.

Put sauerkraut in saucepan with water to top of kraut. Boil 5 min. Pour water off and sprinkle with sugar, salt, pepper and caraway seeds.


Roast pork or fry chops with garlic salt, caraway seeds, salt, pepper. Use fond over sauerkraut.


May make gravy and serve dumplings
