Pepper
Bullshit seasoning (optional)
GARLIC

Season meat with salt pepper garlic
Grill on hot coals over direct heat.
Sear 1-3 minutes per side depending how thick the steaks are.
Then move to indirect heat until temp is 125*
Let steaks rest for 10 minutes.

Dad says "Doesn't take long to cook meat..it is the potatoes, corn, side vegetables & salad that usually take until 9 pm to get it to the table!" I say "That everything is ready, usually earlier in the day, I am just waiting on the meat". Same ol' argument every time ;)
