8 center cut pork chops
1 can (2 1/4oz) button mushrooms
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. white wine
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. bottled garlic spread
1/2 pint sour cream
parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in butter. Remove from pan. Add mushrooms and brown lightly. Add dry soup, wine, broth & garlic. Stir until well blended. Return chops to pan. cover and simmer about 45 minutes or until tender. Add sour cream and heat gently, do not boil. garnish with parsley.
