2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise
4 oz pimento, drained
salt & pepper, to taste
garlic powder, optional
pinch red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature. In a large bowl with a blender, mix cheese and cream cheese. Add mayonnaise and pimento and continue to mix. Add spices and mix until well blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.
