4 large apples pealed and sliced
2 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

3 cups of flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup Crisco oil
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and mix together first 3 ingredients and set aside.

Combine dough ingredients mix. Pour layer of dough in well greased and floured loaf or tube pan,

Then layer some apple mixture on top and continue to layer until all is used finishing with a layer of apples.

Bake in preheated oven of 350 degree oven. for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
