8 c. Shredded Cabbage (green, purple or a combination)
1 c. Carrots, sliced
c. Almonds, sliced

For the Dressing:
3 T. Almond Butter
3 T. Sesame Oil (toasted)
1 tsp. Ginger, grated
1 tsp. Honey
1 clove Garlic, minced
Juice of 1 Lime
Sea Salt and fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)

1. Toss the cabbage, carrots, and almonds in a large bowl.

2. Make the dressing by whisking the ingredients until well combined. For a creamier consistency, blend in a blender until smooth.
