1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 (oz) squares of unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
1 (8oz) baked pie shell (or preferably graham cracker crust/chocolate or oreo

Directions:
In a mixer bowl, cream butter. Gradually add sugar creaming until light. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time beating 3 minutes after each addition on medium speed. Turn into pie shell. Chill several hours, top with whipped cream or cool whip
