1 box graham crackers
2 packages instant French vanilla pudding
1-9 oz. cool whip

Topping:
2 envelopes chocolate pudding
3 Tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons white Karo syrup
3 Tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 13x9x2" pan. Line with graham crackers. Mix pudding with 3 cups of milk. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add Cool Whip, then crackers, then the rest of the pudding mixture, then crackers. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

For the topping, mix all ingredients together well. Add to top of eclair cake.

Refrigerate for 24 hours.
