3 lb. Apples (any variety), peeled, cored, and chopped
c. Apple Cider (or water)
Juice of 1 Lemon
2-3 T. Honey (or maple syrup)
tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to a simmer.

2. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, until apples are well broken down.

3. For a chunkier applesauce, serve as is. For a smoother version, puree in a blender or food processor. Store in the fridge.
