12 oz. Flour
t. soda
t. salt
t. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Add buttermilk and stir until the right consistency. As you're adding buttermilk, don't let the dough get 'raggedy'.

Roll into circle. Cut into 4 farls.

Bake on griddle until done.
