2 pounds top sirloin sliced very thin for asadé
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp oil
1 large green pepper sliced and cut into 1 inch long pieces
1 onion, cut in half then sliced into 1 inch long pieces
1 jalapeno pepper diced fine
1 can tomato and green chilis
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Meat comes sliced and stacked together. Take knife and slice thin and then cut into small chunks. Season well with garlic, cumin, cayenne, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

In large skillet or electric skillet, heat oil. Add seasoned meat, stir to break apart. Add sliced onions, green peppers, and jalapeno. Stir and cook until meat is browned. Add tomato and green chili. Cover and cook until onions and pepper are soft. Sprinkle cheese over top and cover again to let cheese melt.

Serve with Salsa if desired.

Can use low carb flour tortilla's if you want to eat taco or burrito style
