1 16 oz package hot dogs
1 pound ground beef
2 Tbsp Williams chili seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp diced jalapeno pepper - optional
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375

In 4 qt saucepan, brown meat and drain off excess grease.
Add Chili seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir to cover all meat.
add tomato sauce, tomatoes ,tomato and green chilis, and jalapeno if using. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes to let flavors blend.

In 8x8 square pan place hotdogs on bottom, pour chili over hot dogs. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly
