4 cups Chicken Broth
Chopped Onions and Celery (I never measure these; simply add to taste)
2 Tbsp. Cumin
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Clove chopped garlic
2 Cans Mexican Tomatoes
4 Chicken Breasts (cooked, shredded)
Corn Tortillas



Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, and garlic. Add to broth. Add spices and tomatoes and chicken. Boil for about 20 minutes. Serve in bowls, topped with cheese and tortillas.

**You can cut up tortillas and add when soup in boiling......
