STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Sprinkle insides of caps with lemon juice. Set Aside.

Mince stems and sauté in butter until brown.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ¼ c. grated swiss cheese, ½ cup bread or cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper. Add some parsley, 1 clove of garlic (minced), and 2 t. minced green onions. Add ¼ c. sherry.

When minced stems are brown, add and stir. Pile filling into caps. Sprinkle with more crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake 15 minutes @ 350.
