2 Ripe Peaches, halved and pitted
c. Coconut Cream
c. Slivered Almonds
2 T. Honey
tsp. Ground Cardamom

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir the honey and ground cardamom together in a small bowl. Set aside.

2. Preheat the grill to medium-low.

3. Place the halved peaches on the grill with the cut sides facing down.

4. Cook for about 5 minutes until soft and grill marks appear on the peaches.

5. To assemble, place the peaches in a bowl and add a dollop of coconut cream.

6. Drizzle with the honey and cardamom mixture, sprinkling on more ground cardamom if desired. Top with slivered almonds and serve.
