¼ c. plus 3 T. Coconut Flour
½ c. 100% Cocoa Powder
½ c. plus 2 T. Coconut Oil, melted
3 Eggs
¾ cup Honey (or agave)
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
¼ c. Chocolate Chips, chopped into chunks

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease an 8 x 8 baking sheet.

2. In a large, bowl whisk together the coconut flour and cocoa powder.

3. Add the melted ghee (or coconut oil), eggs, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, the coconut flour will absorb the liquid and a batter will form.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

5. Spoon the batter into the greased baking sheet.

6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.

7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
