2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place about 1 cup of flour mixture in a bowl. Shake a few pieces of chicken in the bowl at a time, coating well. Fry chicken in butter and a little oil until brown. Remove to baking pan or roaster and back until tender.
