½ c. Raw Honey
1 T. Fresh Ginger, grated
3 c. Water
1-½ c. Fresh Lemon Juice (about 6 lemons)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the honey, ginger, and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until honey is dissolved.

2. Let cool and pour into a pitcher.

3. Add the lemon juice, stir, and chill until ready to serve.
