Chicken
½ c. Olive Oil
¼ c. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
½ tsp. Sea Salt
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Salad
8 c. Romaine Lettuce, chopped
2 Large Tomatoes, quartered
2 c. Green Beans, cooked and chopped
Juice of 2 Lemons
¼ c. Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, and mustard in a small bowl with the salt and pepper. Brush half over the chicken breasts.

2. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill the chicken until cooked through, allow to cool and slice.

3. Toss the salad in a large bowl with the lemon juice and olive oil and top with the sliced chicken.

4. Drizzle with the rest of the balsamic mixture before serving.
