c. vinegar
c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Chile powder
1 c. ketchup
⅓ c. prepared mustard
2 c. water
1 tbsp. orange, lemon or grapefruit juice

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until thick.
