desired amount of beef or pork ribs
1 c. water
* sauce from Barbecue Sauce recipe*

Directions:
Place ribs in a roaster pan with water in the bottom. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes. While cooking, prepare Barbecue Sauce until thick, drain meat then pour over ribs and bake at 350 for an additional 1 - 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes. Drain exces fat before serving.
