1 pig head
1 pig heart
1 pig tongue
salt to taste
2 gloves garlic
1 ½ lbs. pearl barley
3 tbsp. marjoram
2 tbsp. allspice
1 tsp. black pepper
4-5 pieces dried, hard bread slices

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pig head, heart, and tongue. Remove meat pieces and salt to taste, keep broth mixture. Grind cooked meat and garlic. Cook pearl barley in meat broth until done and add meat. Add remaining ingredients, combining well.
*can put mixture in casings and cook for sausage links or eat ground mixture alone.*
