1 whole chicken cut for frying
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
c. butter and margarine mixed

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken pieces in cold water. Dry. Set aside. Melt butter and margarine mixture in shallow baking pan. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bag. Shake a few pieces of chicken in the bag at a time. Arrange in single layers and back at 375 until chicken is fully cooked.
