1 c. Almond Flour
¼ c. Coconut Flour
¼ c. Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 Eggs
¾ c. Pumpkin Puree
3 T. Coconut Oil, melted
1 T. Vanilla Extract
¼ c. Raw Honey
¼ c. Dried Cranberries

1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or use coconut oil to grease the tin.

2. Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl and sift gently.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin puree, coconut oil, vanilla, and honey until combined.

4. Add to the flour mixture and stir. Fold in the cranberries.

5. Divide the mixture between 10 muffin cups.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
