1 lb. Brussels sprouts, shredded
1 Pear, cored and diced
1 Apple, cored and shredded
½ c. Dried Cranberries
½ c. Toasted Almonds
6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Dressing:
½ c. Olive Oil
½ c. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Molasses
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp. Sea Salt

Directions:

1. Toss the sprouts, pears, apples, cranberries, almonds, and bacon in a large bowl.

2. Put the remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well. Toss with the salad.

3. Chill until ready to serve.
