2 T sesame seeds...
1 T poppy seeds...
2 T minced garlic...
2 t minced onions...
1 t course salt...

1 pkg. of Bridgeport frozen hot rolls...

1 egg, slightly whisked...
Directions:

In a medium bowl whisk together all dry ingredients..
In another bowl whisk the egg...
Take frozen rolls out of pkg. and dip the top and sides in the whisked egg, then dip the top only in the bagel mix and put on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet..
Once all rolls are dipped in egg and top of each is dipped bagel mixture cover with towel and let them rise according to pkg. directions..
Bake according to pkg. directions and drizzle with EVOO when taken out of oven and serve immediately...

Great with a green salad or a Ceasers salad or just with fresh salad veggies drizzled with EVOO with some dried oregano and cubed Feta cheese.
When I mention salad veggies I do not use any lettuce in this type of salad, just assorted peppers, red, green and/or yellow or all three, squash, sliced celery, black olives, small tomatoes cut in half, cucumbers, onions, sweet or red, sliced thin radishes or whatever you like along with salt and pepper to your taste. This must sit for 1 hour and then just before serving add the feta and toss well.
