4 (32 fluid ounce) containers beef broth, or more if needed
4 pounds ground sirloin beef
4 (15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
4 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained
4 (15 ounce) cans peas, drained
4 (14 ounce) cans tomato sauce
12 carrots, cut into bite-size pieces
8 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces

4 onion, chopped
4 large stalks celery, cut into bite-size pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons celery seed
8 bay leaves
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stir beef broth, ground sirloin, corn, green beans, peas, tomato sauce, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, garlic, parsley, celery seed, and bay leaves together in a slow cooker.

Cook on Low for 4 hours. Check for moisture and add broth as needed. Continue cooking another 4 hours. Season with salt and black pepper.
