Fine Noodle Kugel Recipe

lb fine noodles
lb creamed cottage
lb cream cheese
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cup milk
1 pt sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
lb butter

Cook noodles according to package and drain.
While noodles are cooking, take a large baking (lasagna size) and melt 1/2 of the specified amount of butter to coat the pan.
Mix well all of the remaining ingredients (except for the cinnamon and butter) by electric mixer.
Add the noodles after all ingredients are mixed. Ladle noodle mixture into the pan.
Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 in preheated oven for 1 to 1 hours.
